WHY DO YOU HAVE TWO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES LISTED FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

One is the salon address, while the other is the administration address.

RAW BUNDLES & WIG UNITS 

WHAT IS RAW HAIR?

RAW means that the hair is 100% unprocessed. Meaning no chemical or steam process takes place to achieve a certain curl pattern. No synthetic fibers have been added to the bundles, 100% human hair. Each bundle is cut from a single donor with the cuticles aligned so no two bundles will ever look exactly alike. They will vary in color, texture, weight and curl/wave pattern. We will match your bundles accordingly to give you a flawless blend.

DOES THE HAIR SHED?

ANY HAIR THAT HAS BEEN MANUFACTURED TO BE STITCHED ON A WEFT IS ENTITLED TO EXPERIENCE SOME SHEDDING WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL. OUR BUNDLES AND WIGS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM SHEDDING; MEANING THE HAIR WILL NEVER HAVE A NOTICABLE OR DRASTIC DECREASE IN ITS DENSITY OR VOLUME. PROPER MAINTENANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND IMPORTANT TO THE CONTINUITY OF THE HAIR.

CAN MY BUNDLES BE COLORED?

Yes! Our raw bundles color/bleach very well. Our Brazilian and Malaysian hair is 100 percent virgin human hair. It’s not processed and can be colored and bleached as well. We highly recommend seeking a professional stylist for your color services.


Please keep in mind color and bleach can alter the curl/ wave pattern of the hair.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CUSTOM WIG AND A READY TO WEAR WIG?

Custom wig units are sewing machine constructed to fit your exact head measurements.
Ready to Wear wig units are made in standard Small, Medium, Large sizes.

HOW LONG WILL MY BUNDLES / WIG UNIT LAST?

Our Raw Indonesian bundles and wig units will last 2+ with proper care and maintenance.
Our Raw Cambodian and Raw Indian bundles and wig units will last 4+ years with proper care and maintenance.

Our Brazilian and Malaysian bundles or wig units will last 1+ years with proper care maintenance.

WHAT TYPE OF HAIR CARE PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?

TREAT THE HAIR LIKE YOUR NATURAL HAIR. USE GOOD QUALITY SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONING PRODUCTS. CONDITIONING YOUR HAIR IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP IT SOFT AND MANAGEBALE. WE RECOMMEND USING A DEEP CONDITIONER ON YOUR VIRGIN AND RAW HAIR AND ALSO AVOID USING HEAVY OIL AND STYLING PRODUCTS.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN THE BUNDLES/WIGS HAIR?

WE ADVISE THAT YOU COMB YOUR HAIR DAILY, WHETHER IT BE IN THHE MORNING OR NIGHT. GENTLY BRUSH YOUR HAIR FROM THE ENDS TOWARDS YOUR SCALP. STARTING FROM THE ENDS KEEPS THE PRESSURE OFF THE WEFT AREA AND IS A GOOD WAY TO MAINTAIN THE LONGEVITY OF THE EXTENSIONS. SAME RULE APPLIES WHEN COMBING YOUR NATURAL HAIR. NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR. SLEEPING ON WET HAIR IS KNOWN TO MATTE THE HAIR. IF YOU CAN NOT AVOID SLEEPING ON YOUR HAIR WHILE WET MAKE SURE TO THROUGHLY COMB AND SEPERATE YOUR HAIR USING A BRAIDING OR TWIST METHOD. MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP. ROLLING YOUR HAIR IN RODS AT NIGHT WILL MAINTAIN CURLS AND LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF HEAT YOU HAVE TO USE ON YOUR HAIR DAILY.

 

HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED WHEN PURCHASING BUNDLES?

WE SUGGEST LENGTHS 14"-16" YOU WILL NEED 2 BUNDLES OR MORE. LENGTHS 18"-24" YOU WILL NEED 3 BUNDLES OR MORE. LENGTHS 26"-30" YOU WILL NEED 4 BUNDLES OR MORE. FOR LENGTHS 30" AND UP YOU WILL NEED 5 BUNDLES OR MORE..
 

CAN I SHIP MY HAIR TO YOU AND HAVE A WIG MADE?

Yes, you would book our "Provide your own Hair: Closure or Frontal" services.
Please thoroughly read the description before purchasing.

We do not offer custom coloring for outside hair. Jet black only.

CAN I SHIP MY WIG TO YOU FOR CUSTOMIZING?

Yes, you would book our "Wig Customization" service.
Please read description thoroughly before purchasing.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We are currently ONLINE ONLY, all orders are shipped via USPS / UPS.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
However customer may be responsible for import fees/duties depending on the country.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately order modifications are not accepted after your order is submitted.

WHAT IS PROCESSING VS SHIPPING?

Processing is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order.
Shipping is the amount of time it takes the shipping courier to ship and deliver your order.

HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?

Please allow 48 hours for your payment to be processed. Processing time is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Raw Bundle orders (all origins) have a processing time of 14-17 business days, weekends and holidays excluded.

Custom Wig Units have a processing time of 25-28 business days, weekends and holidays excluded.

Ready to Wear Units have a processing time of 3-5 business days, weekends and holidays excluded.

All other product processing times can be found in their description. Please read thoroughly before purchasing.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. There should be a link that takes you directly to USPS.

If the link is not attached please go to usps.com/tracking and enter your tracking number to follow your package. A signature is required for delivery on all packages.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST / STOLEN, CAN I GET A REFUND?

PURPO2E IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED!
If your package is lost/stolen you must file a claim with the shipping courier.

MY ADDRESS IS WRONG, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email admin@purpo2e.com to have it updated immediately.

If your BILLING AND SHIPPING address do not match you will be completely REFUNDED.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However PURPO2E strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If there is a mistake on our behalf we will happily accept the hair back in its original state in return for your correct order within 3 days of receiving. We have the right to decline items if they have been tampered with or sent back past 3 day period. Please contact us at admin@purpo2e.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER; CAN I BE REFUNDED?

ALL hair and unit sales are FINAL please make sure you READ the product descriptions before purchasing.

MY WIG DOESN'T FIT, WHAT DO I DO?

PURPO2E is not responsible for ill fitted wigs. If you are providing your head measurements for a custom wig unit and are unsure if they are correct, please email us [attached a link to my email] to assist you!
For Ready to Wear wig units please refer to our size chart prior to purchasing to ensure the correct fit.

MY LACE HAS RIPPED, CAN YOU REPLACE IT?

Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
Do not scratch the lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will cause it to rip and PURPO2E will NOT be held responsible.
